I had booked this car with Mr Alex who was fast and affirmative in responding to my queries. Booked the car for 6 hours with airport pickup to Cu Chi tunnels and then Back to City center hotel drop off. Paid 1300,000 dongs at the airport before we started the journey. Any additional hour would have costed 80,000 dongs as per arrangements. The driver was good with steady hands and we had a enjoyable trip.

We were very impressed as driver took us to area where we could get our own personal tour He spoke enough English to know exactly what we wanted Very well priced compared to exorbitant rate quoted by hotel Would recommend this option to travelers Driver was flexible which meant we could stop for photos and see personal options even offered to take us through Chinatown on our return

We reyes to rent a car in Ho Chi Minh City airport and it seems to be almost impossible to get a car from outside the country. I finally get in touch with ALEX, the manager of Saygon Budget Rent-A-Car. A friend of ours just before arriving prevented us against the general behavior of the people in Vietnam saying that it was not very safe and the locals were trying to get your money one way or the other. Budget Rent a Car, Alex,the manager and the driver Kahn proved my friend wrong, everything was perfect with them, they pick us up on the airport on time, the price was exactly as we have agreed previously, no surprises, and the driver was really helpful and efficient. There is no way to get it better, the next time I go, without any hesitation I will choose Budget Rent-A-Car again
